Banking

Banking focuses on lending to Danish Corporates and SME's. Banking co-operates closely with Markets to offer holistic financial solutions to our customers. Banking is divided into three segments:
Corporate Banking Property Finance Acquisition Finance

Markets

Markets consists of three client-oriented departments: Financial Solutions, Trading and Webbank. Financial Solutions develops ideas and concepts as well as monitoring clients’ exposures to market risks. Trading facilitates Financial Solutions and clients, executing flows and prop trading related to clients. Webbank offers traditional term deposits using a self-service web-based concept.

Advisory (Corporate Finance)

Corporate Finance provides independent advisory services on mergers and acquisitions (M&As), stock exchange listings, pre-emption issues and similar. FIH’s Corporate Finance activities are handled by the subsidiary FIH PARTNERS A/S. Deal flows originate from our own client network, but also from Banking and Markets.
