Legislation

FIH is regulated by the Danish FSA

As any commercial Danish bank, FIH is subject to Danish legislation and the Danish Financial Supervisory Board (Danish FSA). The Danish FSA publishes a list of enterprises that are permitted to conduct banking business along with the legislative framework, executive orders etc. which apply to the banking industry in Denmark. The website is available in Danish and key legislation and Acts are translated into English.
